About Iron Link Arms

Iron Link Arms is an arm wrestling club based in Wells River, Vermont. We train together, compete together, and look out for each other on and off the table.

What we do

• Train. Table time, technique work and strength training for every level.
• Compete. Open local events with proper rules, referees and brackets.
• Welcome everyone. Beginners, veterans, teens with a parent, men and women.

The name

A chain is only as strong as its links. Every member is one.
